First, we share a lot of information about the project as well as your requirements. We also want to know about your business. Often an NDA is signed.

We want to have an in-depth understanding of your project. This way we can assist in the best possible way. The more we understand, the better we can tune a solution to your particular case.

This can come accross as detailistic, but it is with the best of intentions to have a full understanding of every important detail. 

Together with you we can discuss what trade-offs are potentially possible to come to a solution that combines performance, complexity and cost in an optimum way.

OEM relationships in the analytical business typically last for many years. With a product life cycle of 7-10 years we partner with our customers based on mutual trust and respect. We have customers that have been with us for 20 years spanning several product generations!

This only works when we realize that our goals are lined up. We do not believe in a traditional supplier-customer relationship. At the end of the day we can only be succesful when you, as a customer, are succesful! This is our vision which we live by on a daily basis.
